CBR YouthConnect, the flagship facility of Colorado
Boys Ranch Foundation, is an independent, tax-exempt, 501(c)(3)
nonprofit organization. We accept boys, ages 10-21, who are referred by
government agencies, parents and others. Treatment reimbursement
typically comes from social services, the judicial system, and/or the
educational system.
Service fees account for much our operating revenue,
but cover only direct education and treatment services. The additional
services and enhanced enrichment programs that make CBR YouthConnect
unique and successful are made possible by contributions from
individuals, businesses, foundations and organizations. These programs
include horsemanship, New Leash on Life dog training, small
animal-assisted programs, vocational training, Boy Scouts, 4-H and much,
much more.
Over the years, CBR YouthConnect has benefited from
thousands of generous supporters who have contributed land, livestock,
buildings, supplies and financial support.
Contributions of cash, securities or gifts-in-kind are
ways of supporting current programs and scholarships, while bequests,
gift annuities, life estates, gifts of property, life insurance and
trusts help provide the lasting financial foundation to ensure that boys
will be served by CBR YouthConnect well into the future. All gifts to
CBR YouthConnect are tax-deductible to the full extent of the law.
